This position specifically supports the mission by: serving as lab assistant for the nutrition and food sciences instructional and research laboratories in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences. Responsibilities include assistance with procurement, inventory, storage, maintenance, and use of laboratory equipment, materials (including food products), chemicals, and supplies, and serving as safety officer for the laboratories. The position serves as support for all teaching and research faculty with nutrition or food science laboratory responsibilities.
